Because our products and services are primarily digital, educational, and often made available immediately upon purchase or booking, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Company or required by applicable law.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, downloading, or using any of our products or services, you agree to this No Refund Policy.

Except where expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company or where required by applicable law, all purchases made through our Website or related platforms are final and non-refundable.

  1. No Refunds for Digital Downloads and Instant-Access Resources

All purchases of digital downloads and other instant-access materials are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, or made available to you.

This includes, without limitation:

  • downloadable guides
  • PDFs
  • worksheets
  • templates
  • journals
  • scripts
  • audio resources
  • workbooks
  • educational handouts
  • and similar digital materials

Because these items are delivered electronically and cannot be meaningfully returned once access is granted, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. No Refunds for Self-Paced Online Courses

All sales of self-paced online courses are final.

Once you purchase a self-paced course, and especially once access to credentials, login details, course portal entry, streaming access, downloadable materials, or related course content have been provided, no refund will be issued except where required by law or expressly approved by the Company in writing.

This applies to the Reclaim Your Calm course and any future self-paced course or educational program offered by the Company.

  1. No Refunds for Coaching, Workshops, Webinars, and Live Educational Services

All coaching services, workshops, webinars, classes, calls, live trainings, educational sessions, and similar live or scheduled services are non-refundable once booked, scheduled, delivered, or partially delivered.

If you do not attend, participate, prepare for, or make use of a booked service, that non-use does not create a right to a refund.

Unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, no-shows, lateness, personal emergencies, changed plans, or failure to attend do not entitle you to a refund.

  1. No Refunds for Memberships and Subscription Payments Already Processed

If the Company offers memberships, subscription programs, recurring educational access, or similar continuity offerings, all payments already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for canceling any recurring subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation will stop future billing where applicable, but it does not entitle you to a refund of charges already processed.

Because educational and wellness-supportive services are personal in nature and outcomes vary widely, the following do not create an entitlement to a refund:

  • dissatisfaction with the content, format, tone, or delivery style
  • changed personal circumstances
  • mistaken assumptions about the offering
  • scheduling conflicts
  • lack of time
  • lack of completion
  • personal preference
  • discomfort with emotionally sensitive content
  • or a belief that the offering was not the right fit after purchase

You are responsible for reviewing the offer description, scope, and suitability of the product or service before purchasing.

  1. No Guaranteed Results

The Company provides educational wellness content, self-help resources, and coaching-style support only. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, transformation, emotional improvement, health outcome, relationship outcome, or life change from your purchase or participation.

Individual results vary based on many factors, including your own circumstances, effort, background, choices, readiness, consistency, and application of the material.

Accordingly, lack of results, unmet expectations, or outcomes different from what you hoped for do not qualify you for a refund.

  1. Why Digital and Educational Products Are Non-Returnable

Our digital products and educational services are structured in a way that often involves one or more of the following:

  • immediate delivery
  • instant access
  • downloadable materials
  • proprietary content
  • limited-capacity scheduling
  • access to protected educational resources
  • and the transfer of valuable intellectual property and know-how

Once access has been granted or a service slot has been reserved, the value of that offering has already been delivered, exposed, allocated, or made unavailable to others. For that reason, such products and services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Limited Exceptions

Although our policy is that all sales are final, the Company may, in its sole discretion, review narrow exceptions in limited circumstances, including:

  1. a documented duplicate charge for the same purchase; or
  2. a proven technical failure caused solely by the Company that prevented access to a purchased product or service, and which the Company was unable to resolve within a reasonable period after timely notice from you.

Any such review is strictly case-by-case and does not waive or modify this No Refund Policy for you or for any other customer.

  1. Reporting Billing Errors or Access Problems

  • provide documentation to the payment processor disputing the chargeback
  • and pursue collection of unpaid amounts, fees, and related costs where legally permitted

This No Refund Policy is incorporated into and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and any offer-specific sales terms, checkout terms, or program terms presented at the time of purchase.

In the event of a conflict between this Policy and specific written terms stated on an individual sales page, checkout page, or signed service agreement, the more specific written terms will control for that offering.
